Now she is correct, I looked it up studded snow tires are banned in Wisconsin and 8 other states (including Hawaii... imagine that?). They are banned for sale, but those passing through the state are exempt.
At any rate, you tell me should I remove my listing because of this?

By the way, it is also illegal in Wisconsin,
1) for a restaurant to serve apple pie without cheese
2) to not have screens on your windows from May 1 to October 1
3) to serve yellow butter substitute
4) to cut a woman's hair
5) to kiss on a train
AND drum roll,please....speaking of trains; when two trains pass at an intersection ( I assume in a train station) neither may pass until the other does.

Although I could not find evidence on the internet, it must also be illegal in Wisconsin to retire at the top of your game. How else can you explain Brett Farve??
